Platelet less than 25000, done bone marrow check... everthing fine. What might be the reason for t?

Thrombocytopenia, low platelets, can occur for many reasons, or for no reason at all. This is called idiopathic. I'm sending a web site that has the various causes listed. www.mayoclinic.com/health/thrombocytopenia/DS00691/DSECTION=causes

Mine are normally 40,000-60,000. When they drop, it can be due to infection. The platelets try and fight the infection. I am surprised they did not do a platelet transfusion.

I have TAR Syndrome, the big part of it is low platelets.
