Me and my girlfriend had sex 2 weeks ago shes never tooken a plan b one step until i gave it to her 17 hours after she has major stress going on in her life and shes urinating alot and her breast are sore im kinda scared im not ready for a,kid. She hasnt thrown up but she feels like it
If taken within the first 12 hours, Plan B is said to be around 90% effective. It gradually gets less effective the longer you leave it before taking it, until at 72 hours (the latest point it can be used) after unprotected sex, when it is around 75% effective.
Plan B can cause lots of hormonal symptoms, such as the ones you're describing, so it's very likely the cause, as it's too soon for pregnancy symptoms.
Plan B is less effective than regular birth control, so it's worth getting something in place to cover you, as this is only for total emergencies, as it's a HUGE dose of artificial hormone, which can mess her body up for some time.
She's likely to find her period is late, but she can do a pregnancy test at that point, to rule it out.
