I've been so nervous about being pregnant because I am over the "weight limit" for plan b and I'm not sure if the pill will work for me or not.
Plan B does not cause you to get your period. You may or may not have some bleeding a few days after you take it. Your period will be delayed by it. All it does is delay ovulation, it does not stop a pregnancy. If you are so worried about being pregnant, why aren't you on regular birth control?
Per the plan B website, if your period is more than 7 days late (from your regular cycle) then you have reason to fear that it did not work. If you are not due to "regularly" have your period for another week, it is too soon to tell, but if you were already supposed to have had it then go pee on a stick, my dear.
