Added 5 Jan 2014:
What are the chances of becoming pregnant, having unprotected sex during days 10 and 11, of my fertile period then taking a plan B, the following evening which happened to be day 12 (ovulation) [approximately 36 hrs after the last sexual encounter]? I've nvr taken the pill before and I am not on any bc. I'm freaking out a bit, because I can't find any satisfactory answers! Plz help me!
First of all there is no way those apps can tell you when you ovulate. All they do is base it on what was thought to be average. A recent study has found that only 30% of women actually do this. Ovulation can occur at any time during your cycle. Even for one woman her ovulation times can differ. Plan b is about 80% effective. Your period will most likely be about a week later. You'd be much safer if you use a regular birth control. They are 99% effective.
