We had sex about 5 times on a Tuesday and Wednesday and took plan b pill Thursday night. Am I covered since it was with in the time frame?
You are more likely to be covered the sooner you take it. If you take it within 12 hours you have the highest chance of cover, which is around 90% chance (still not as effective as regular hormonal contraception). Taken by the latest point it can be used, which is 72 hours later, it's said to be around 75% effective. This means that for you, you have a higher chance of becoming pregnancy from the first unprotected sex you had on the Wednesday, because you waited at least 48 hours before getting Plan B.
Even if you take it immediately, as I say, it is only around 90% effective. The Manufacturer states that it works by delaying your ovulation. If it is too late to do that, & you were already ovulating, then it may not be able to help.
Some people have suggested that Plan B might also work by making the uterus lining unsuitable for a pregnancy, or by stopping the sperm coming into contact with eggs, but neither of these things are supported nor claimed on the Manufacturer's website.
You are likely to get hormonal symptoms from Plan B, which could be anything you could experience when pregnant or on a period, for example.
You might bleed, but it's not always the case. You might spot or get discharge, too.
Your actual period may well be late, but if that happens, you can do a pregnancy test to make sure it is just the Plan B hormones that are causing it.
There's no way of knowing if Plan B has worked, until you get a full & significant period.
