... pre seed. Did this 3 days (Nov. 8), around 8 pm, after I got off of my period and 5 days before my estimated ovulation day (Nov. 14). I had freaked out and took Plan B One Step the next morning (Nov. 9) around 10 am. I'm nervous out of my mind as I read mixed reviews on this pill. I'm scared as I haven't really had any symptoms but I had small head pains and lots of sleeping lately, if those are even symptoms i get from taking it. I just fear it might not work. I just need to ease my mind but I can't with this floating around my brain. So what are the chances of me not getting pregnant?
You can become pregnant from sperm that enters your vagina up to 7 days before ovulation, as your cervical mucus changes, in order to preserve it, ready for the egg.
Plan B works by delaying your ovulation until that sperm leaves your body.
If it is too near your ovulation, then it may not be able to do that.
It sounds as though you probably had enough time to delay things. but if you're relying on an app then it only gives a rough idea. The best way to know is to learn how to monitor the signs of natural family planning, to know what your body is doing.
