My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on NYE. I got scared so he bought me the plan b pill the next morning. I'm also on birth control; yes I know some will say I didn't need to take the plan b, but I was terrified that I was pregnant. I got my next period, it was extremely light, but I had previously had messed up my pills the same week and got my period for missing and then missed a day and restarted do to my placebo pills. What I'm wondering is will my next period be messed up or no? I'm still freaking out
My problem with it is its not a magic cure. All it does is delay ovulation, and on birth control you don't ovulate. So what good is taking it? If you take your pills correctly you are more then 99% protected. If you are so worried about pregnancy, why not make more of an effort to take your pills right. Stop freaking out. It proves nothing. You stuck a lot of hormones in your body and its going to react to that These pills aren't candy, they are a serious medication. They have reactions.
