Plan B One-Step - Are these normal symptoms even though it's been a week until they actually felt?
Added 28 Sep 2017:
It's been about a week and I first felt bloated and now I've had the about to get sick feeling and some cramps here and there and I'm 4 days from my period.
Those can be delayed Plan B symptoms.
It's also worth pointing out that you may also be pregnant, despite any Plan B symptoms.
Plan B works by delaying your ovulation until the sperm leaves your body. If you're already ovulating then it can't do that. You'd need one of the other methods of emergency contraception; either the other emergency pill called Ulipristal Acetate or to have an IUD fitted by a doctor.
Day 1 of your period is day 1 of your menstrual cycle. Most women who have regular cycles, ovulate (release an egg) around day 13-16 of their regular cycle. Plan B around that time may not be effective.
I mention that due to the rough dates/time-span you've given in your questions.
