It will delay it, plan B is a strong hormone, and messes with your body. Its much better to take regular birth control pills.
Plan b is a huge blast of hormones and it can give you a lot of side effects like moodiness and irritability. Many women have a bleeding a week or so after taking it then their next period is usually delayed. You should return to normal soon.
