You can't take more than 1 dose of Plan B in any 1 cycle. It is a huge dose of hormone for your body to process. Speak to your pharmacist or Doctor about the effectiveness of different emergency contraceptives in people who are over weight. It may be that another method is more suitable for you, should you need to rely on one in future.
It is thought that EllaOne is more effective for women with a BMI of 26 or greater. However, the coil/IUD is thought to be most effective.
