There's no way of knowing if you're pregnant, until you either get your period, or do a pregnancy test if you miss the start of it.
Plan B can cause lots of hormonal symptoms, such as those you'd get if you were on a period, pregnant or ovulating. It's a huge dose of artificial hormone for your body to handle, which is why it shouldn't be relied on as regular contraception, just as an emergency.
Some women bleed afterwards, others don't. It can cause spotting &/or bleeding, & can cause your actual next period to be late.
