It would be too early yet for morning sickness but sex after you take the pill isn't covered. You could be pregnant. Do a pregnancy test, but do it first thing in the am, when you have just gotten out of bed. Plan B isn't a magic potion, its only 80% effective for the sex you're taking it for. Its best to get on regular birth control pills.
