The Manufacturer of Plan B states that you are not covered for any further episodes of sex that you have, once you have taken the Drug. The Take Action pill is the same drug as Plan B, it's just a different brand.
Levonorgestrel is less reliable than regular hormonal birth control. It works by delaying your ovulation, but it cannot do that if you are already ovulating at the time you take it. You'd need the other emergency contraceptive pill, in that situation, Ulipristal Acetate.
You have 120 hours/5 days to take the other pill, if you think you need to.
You could also have an IUD fitted by a doctor, if you prefer. That can also be done within 5 days of the unprotected sex.
