I took Plan B 5 times in the course of maybe 3 weeks after the condom kept breaking and my boyfriend ejaculated in me. I was supposed to get my period around October 12-16 but it's October 30 and I still don't have it. I took Plan B on October 5, 10, 13, 19, and 27. Am I not getting my period on time because I took plan B so close together so many times? When should my period arrive?
The plan B (or any ecp) can cause symptoms like pregnancy symptoms, and mess up your cycle. Its a large dose of hormones and is only meant for emergencies, its not to be used as regular birth control. It shouldn't be used more then a few times a year. It is less effective then using regular birth control. It has a 5-15% failure rate Regular birth control has less then a 1% failure rate if you use it correctly. btw condoms have a 20% failure rate, if not used with spermacide . Failure rate is the rate at which you can get pregnant.
There is no way to tell you when you'll get your period. That's a heck of a lot of hormones you put in your body. Why not get on birth control, its obvious condoms don't work for you.
