The plan B says it will prevent you from ovulating. I'm still ovulating days after I took the pill because I can see that I still had white discharge. Does that mean it really didn't work?
Plan B can't delay your ovulation if it's already started. You'd need the other pill, Ulipristal Acetate, in that situation. Either that or an IUD fitted by a doctor. Either can be effective if done within 5 days/120 hours of the unprotected sex.
If Plan B was in time to delay your ovulation, as you hadn't already started, then you could get more white discharge as one of the hormonal side effects.
