Yes, it is highly possible. It is a myth that a woman can not get pregnant on or near their period, in fact a woman can get pregnant any time of the month (unless they are infertile, had a hysterectomy, etc.) regardless if they track their ovulation, or use the withdrawal method. Even oral contraceptives have a 9-10% fail rate even when taken correctly. Where as condoms have a 14-15% fail rate. That means out of a 100 women who use condoms during sex 14-15 of them will become pregnant. I would suggest using Plan B, as it is most effective after the first 24-72 hours after sex, after that the chances of success drastically dwindle.
