Yes, absolutely. Plan B can only help if taken up to 3 days(72 hours) after unprotected sex, & even then, it's not as reliable as regular hormonal birth control.
You'll just have to hope you weren't ovulating.
If you're still within 5 days (120 hours) of the unprotected sex, then you can take the EllaOne pill, or have an IUD fitted, which can act as emergency contraception.
