The first month I took plan b my period came a couple days earlier than expected, the second month it came around 7-10 days later than expected. Now this month it's been a month and 3 days since and I still haven't got it
Can plan b affect your period up to 3 months after taking it?

Yes. Especially if you're using other hormonal birth control, or your periods weren't that regular to begin with.
Everyone reacts differently to it, & I've certainly known women who have been effected for several months.
