Added 2 Nov 2015:
So I had sex with my boyfriend on the 28th and the condom broke. I made sure to take plan b. I took it with the next 3 hrs. The next night we had sex again and the condom once again broke.(At this point the plan b was in my system for 24hrs) This night I was ovulating and I was really freaked out. So I called a 24hr pharmacy to see if I should take another thing of plan b. He said he was 99.9% sure that i didnt have to. I'm stilled concerned. please help.
The Manufacturers of Plan B say that you are not covered for any further instances of unprotected sex, once you have taken the drug.
If you are concerned then you can have an IUD/Coil fitter today (it can be fitted up to 5 days after unprotected sex, to protect against pregnancy). It could then remain in place as a future contraceptive.
A tip - When the condom is about to be put on his penis, hold the tip. This prevents air getting trapped inside the condom, as you roll it down. If air gets trapped inside, it may lead to the condom bursting during intercourse.
Always hold the base of the condom on the penis as he withdraws. This prevents it accidentally slipping off inside of you.
