I found a pill bottle full of these lttle white to yellowish pills in my mother's cabinent. They were in a bottle with the pharmacy label ripped off. She's been on suicide watch since January and we're supposed to monitor all medications she's taking. There is only what looks to be an M or W on one side, but the other has little markings/sqwiggles and such... Can someone at least help me with this... Should I worry? I can go ask a pharmacist, but I don't want to get anybody in trouble. I'm scared...
