Drugs.com Answers mainly deal with prescription and OTC medication type questions and your question appears to be concerning a natural product, supplement or maybe a illegal substance.
I couldn't find anything in the Rx/OTC databases with an RJ imprint.
If it is a capsule yellow on one side, and black on the other, I would guess that it is an expired amphetamine from the 1970's era. commonly known at the time as a "yellowjacket" I believe the drug was a Benzedrine.
RJ8s were a yellow capsule filled with a mixture of pseudoephedrine , ephedrine sulfate , phenylpropanolamine and caffeine. these were sold as lookalike drugs from 1977 to 1985 on most campuses nation wide. Jack Klugman used his Quincy MD TV series to highlight the problem associated with these drugs being lookalikes . See "The Bitter Pill " Jan 22 1982
