Hi, I've been on morphine for three years. It really depends on the company your pharmacist is ordering them from, they could be oblong or round pinkish color, round light yellow or if prescribed for severe pain(like the ones I have now) they're round small green colored. It also depends if the doctor precribed rapid relief or long-term relief those are the oblong shaped.

M on one side and 4 on the other. small white pill. I was told this is morphine. is it?

This capsule is green and yellow with no kind of markings or numbers. It is suppose to be a morphine 60 mg.
