Can it contribute to cellulitis?
Cellulitis is the condition for any retention of fluid, swelling on one side in the leg is pulmonary edema the other side is dilated cardiomyopathy. I have a combination of forms of of edema, the worst being abdominal swelling. That accounts for my CHF ( congestive heart failure), ischemic hypertrophy, and systolic cardiomyopathy. Hope this helps, basic is normally the first course for edema in the legs. They give you diacritics according to the type of edema you are suffering from.
