I'm always scepticalvabout taking pills because I wouldn't want to blow up once my body know I'm not using this supplement any more.
They work - Once you stop, if you eat the way you did before you took them. Then yes - you will gain it back. If you use the time you are on them to learn how to eat appropriate portions you won't.
I started at 283 (5'2") I took them for a month, lost 35 lbs and stopped taking them. Yes, I got crazy hungry about 3 days after I stopped. I decided to eat maintenance calories - which for about a week caused (mostly water) gain of 2-3 lbs - stayed on maintenance cals and slowly started removing calories to cause additional loss. It worked.
I am now 179 (9 months later). I still have 40-50 to go, but I now will do the calorie shifting as stated above. It works. The pills help you get to a point where you see the loss, you learn to eat and then add in exercise and use a food diary.
