... doing zumba 30 mins 5 days a week. I have lost 8 pound in about 3 weeks. Since I have been on phentermine I think I have lost about 3 pounds. I was wondering if this is good or should I be losing more?
On phentermine the first week can be water weight because of suddenly upping water intake but 3 pounds sounds good to me. Zumba is great, I love it! But so you build muscle and burn fat you should try and do some weights too, like body pump classes, weight machines at the gym or just some light weights at home - squats, lunges, arm dips (hands on the seat of a chair, lift yourself down towards the floor and up) and lift tins of food or bottles of water for biceps.
