Rather than taking this product, sukavi, how about looking at the way you are eating. I have lost 92lbs. And kept it off for over 5 years now and I am nearing 60 years of age. One thing I definitely relate to is the stomach area. If you have weak stomach muscles due, in part, to the hernia operations then strengthening that area is something to consider. I learned a lot in physical therapy and aqua therapy. One of the exercises I do is to practice holding in my stomach while imagining pulling my belly button through to my back with my hands on my hips. Does that make sense??? There is no stress or strain in doing this and it helps to fire up the core's muscles. I can also do these exercises in the water.
If you are otherwise of normal weight but you just want to trim up your middle, I don't honestly believe this product is going to be that magic pill for you.
Also part of my husband's regime included giving up grains, pasta, peas and sugar. Not only didn't he need to lose the weight... it was basically having a bit of a stomach but skinny legs. He looks good and feels better. No pills necessary. He is 62 years young.
I firmly believe there are better and safer ways to deal with those stubborn areas of the body than pills that claim to burn belly fat.
Take good care of yourself for the best of your life still to be experienced.
