I am 23 and weigh 157lbs, and I am the heaviest I have ever been. 2 years ago I weighed 116lbs, then I started nursing school... I have had no time to eat right or exercise but I have been trying with no success. Today I got prescribed phentermine 37.5mg and I have a weigh in, in 30 days. I've been youtubing and reading reviews and I am so excited to get results. I have also seen studies by accredited colleges where the average weight loss was 16lbs over 3 months. I just want to know if, honestly, people are having these amazing results of for example, 20lbs a month? I'm going to diet and exercise daily. Thank you so much!
I lost about 20 lbs my first month on phentermine, but each month the amount of weight loss decreases. Because your weight is 157 lbs, you may not lose the average, I think the average is probably based on heavier people. My start weight was 210, after the first month I was down to 190. By just taking phentermine you won't lose weight, you have to eat right and exercise, remember this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. I have friends that have taken it and had no success because they think they can still eat any thing they want.
