I started taking this medicine 02/03/2017 and today is the 14th, I haven't notice a difference. I barely eat and when I do it's a small meal that consist of vegs and protein. I also exercise, just not noticing any weight loss. I know it's still early not discouraged, but trying to get tips. I also take the pill late in the afternoon bc I work nights. When I'm off I take it in the morning.
It's important to count your calories while using phentermine. Your doctor should give you a range (e.g., 1,000 - 1,500 per day), but generally you don't want to be under 1,000 calories per day. Your body will go into starvation mode and make it hard to lose weight.
There are several free apps to help you count calories. I like the ones that have a lot of popular restaurants' menus counted too.
If you log all the calories well and stay in range, you'll regularly lose 2-3 pounds per week. Good luck!
