i have used this now for about 3 weeks and it seems as it is doing nuthing for me..i still do not have the desire to workout and at first didnt eat much but now i am again
first of all it has to be a mind set that you want to lose weight the pill can't do that for you. If you are determine to do that then set some goals for yourself in addition to using the pill to help out. If your not losing weight take a look at what your doing to contribute. If your extremely over weight or have a lot of fat then you need to do more to help this pill out. That's what I had to do and so far 11 pounds out the door and I build muscle to help burn off the fat. To help for starters you must exercise cardio and a little weights to burn fat another thing is to change your eatig habits for now until you get things started. Stay away from sugars all whites. Try doing a detox or take something to help you use the bathroom often and increase your water which should be half your body weight. My way of eating which I dont eat any meats just fish and some seafoods at times but I eat lots of roman salads with a light dressing not fat free it has added sugar use reduce calories. if you eat meats have a salad or veggies with it and your meats shouldnt be bigger than your fist. vist this web site www.robert ferguson its a good foodlovers program. good luck and keep me posted.
