My 1st time taking the pill. I started 5-8-15. I'm 22, 4"11 and 155lbs at the weigh in there. ( I don't have a scale so idk if I have lost any) I have had 3 kids. Ages 4, 2, and 1. My biggest weight was 200lbs. After baby number 2. I was able to get down to 140 but have gained 15lbs back. I would love to be anywhere from 120-130lbs. Any tips besides dieting? I can't really go to a gym. I can afford it. Or have the time. I play with them constantly. Just need other ideas. Also has anyone lost with out actual exercise? I can go walking but that's about it.
I can tell you that I worked very successfully with a personal trainer to lose 100 lbs. I found he was quite right about what you eat being the main factor in losing weight, not the exercise. I've proven this is my own life. The exercise is healthy and good for you, but no where near as significant as what you eat. So don't be concerned about not exercising more if you can't, but learn all you can about eating healthy and cutting back on calories and balancing protein, carbs (simple and complex) and fats.
