My pain management doctor recommended low dose naltrexone for my fibromyalgia in addition to Lyrica (which I have been taking for 10yrs.) My own pharmacy (Walgreen's) only has it in 50mg. and it is very expensive. It is covered under my Rx Ins. but the cost for (30) of them (taking one a day) would still be $90.00. Contacted my Doctor & informed them! A compounded pharmacy should probably be used in order to get the low dose. Any members that have experience or are taking this drug would be greatly appreciated!!! This drug is supposed to help with my pain!
