The FDA doesn't have it on their list of shortages, and since we've been seeing this pattern with other beta blockers, the distributors create a shortage then when it comes back They cost 3Xs what they did. In my case it was nadolol, it went from $75 a month to $260 a month. I had to change because it would have had me in the donut hole by June.
What I did was contact the manufacturer of my med to see if their truly was a shortage, and I was told no.
