... this? What are the differences and should I just take it back and my regular pis?
The difference is in the estradiol component. The Ortho TriCyclen Lo has 0.025mg and the Ortho TriCyclen has 0.035mg, otherwise the norgestimate is the same. You should take them back and tell them they gave you the wrong ones and have them double check your original prescription. Someone just grabbed the wrong kind. Mistakes can happen and pharmacy personel are human. It is good that you noted the difference.
