It's for a workers comp issue. I have outlaid around $100,000 that's owed to me. The judge will award it to me but the pharmacist refuses to give me my records and it's my legal right to ask for them and no one, not even my comp lawyers, can give me an answer on what to do about it. Anyone got a clue?
You certainly do have a right to know a list of your medications, who was billed, etc. Part of the problem with your pharmacy may be that they don't keep records that long. Have you asked your lawyers to write a letter to the pharmacy requesting this information? You may have better luck going that route. Good luck with this problem. I hope you get it straightened out very soon!
