Here's a link below to a large list of decongestants. You can scan them by their active ingredient. Phenylephrine is out along with pseudoephedrine. I find I have to take claritin or it's generic in small doses, smaller than a usual adult's dose because I haven't found a better option.
By selecting a medicine that has a non-stimulant as it's primary drug and taking a small dose, the stimulant effect on blood pressure is minimized.
