My husband is seeing a RPH under the supervision of a doctor for heart failure, and the pharmacist told my husband he only had 5 to 15 years to live. Is he allowed to tell patients this? I am very concerned that this guy may be handing out medical advice to patients, and not be qualified to give such advice.
