It supposed to be for anxiety but not helping at all still feel the same as before. What should I tell my doctor cause it's like she is not listening.
It does not work for everyone for anxiety. You have to be firm with the fact that it is not working for you. You can ask her about Buspar or Propranolol. Some people do well with these meds. Your last resort may be an antidepressant that targets anxiety.
Hope you find something that works.
We all respond differently to drugs. Doctors are usually happy and willing to give you a drug from another family of drugs and keep trying different drugs until one is found that gives you relief and actually helps you. I went through several drugs before I found the one I'm on now and the one that seems to help the most. So certainly speak to your doctor. Tell them your concern and ask them to try you on something else.
