Probably best to use over-the-counter wax softening drops containing carbamide peroxide (Debrox, Auro, Murine) or warmed mineral oil may be put into the affected ear and then allowed to drain out after about five minutes, or you could try a warm water irrigation.
If unsuccessful you will need to see your doctor.
