Does permethrin work for an amount of time after you treat?

I hope I can help. Please get in touch with your health care provider for another round of permethrin. Next, sanitize all of your bedding, clothing or anything that you come in contact with ( like stuffed animals, pillows,hats, tennis shoes, etc). You can do this by washing on hot or sanitize cycle, and drying on a higher temperature until completely dried. Arrange to have your carpets and mattress and box springs steam cleaned.
If after all this your problem reccurs, contact a pest control company along with your physician. And don't be embarrassed; it's not a shame to have this, it's only a shame when you do nothing about it. I was a pest control tech for several years and I have seen it all. If your tech is not professional about it, immediately fire him/her and find another. Good luck and God bless!

Hello, I heard you need a 2nd dose 7 days after the initial one. I have scabies at this time and I just put the medication on last night, I would like to know what happen in your case, if you are done with the scabies or if you tried something else? Some people swear by coconut oil mixed with tea tree oil. Check it out on YouTube and please get back to me if you can.
