Hepatitis B is a virus. As of yet, there are no cures for any viruses. Thre are treatments that are available to treat chronic hepatitis b, but many are expensive like interferon alpha b. There may be new medications, ie. anti-virals availabe for treatingand trying to controlthe progression of the disease.
But, sorry to say, there are no permanent cures as viral disease have no real cure. All anyone can hope for except controlling the symptoms.
