I am an exec at a large company who is extremely social and is comfortable speaking in front of most people/small crowds. However, I am, for the first time, required to speak at an upcoming team member rally in front of over 2,000 people in a showroom/stage setting. I am very nervous about it so I spoke to my dr and he prescribed propranolol. Combined with preparation, will this really help with the nerves to get me through the presentation?
