i have chronic pain from endometrisois and have been on hydroco/apap 10-325 ,and is tearing my stomach up and does not cut the pain , what is the next step up without acetamenaphine?I have to take mobic 15 mg also, so I need something without anymore apap or ibuprofen. What is the next step up?
Percocet has Acetominophin in it, but you can try Oxycodone. Oxycodone does not have Tylenol or anything else in it. If Tylenol and Ibuprofen is hard on your stomach talk to your doctor about just straight Oxycodone tablets. I had endometriosis myself for many years I suffered with that aweful pain and I feel for you! I would not wish that on anyone! I ended up having to have my ovaries removed to stop the pain! The only way to completely stop the pain of endo is to get rid of estrogen. Estrogen is want causes the pain from endometriosis. I suffered with it from the age of 13 when I got my first period till the age of 29 when they removed everything!! thank God I was able to have my 3 children, but 2 of my 3 pregnancies were hard and I almost lost my last 2 kids because of the complications of endo.
I wish you luck and I hope that you find some relief from your pain!
Take care! :)
