I take spironolactone for high blood pressure but some people are prescribed it for acne. It really lowers my pressure well. So if a person without blood pressure issues takes it for another reason will it dangerously lower their blood pressure?

I know it's a diuretic. I was wondering how can people with normal blood pressure safely take it. That's in the case that they're taking it for reasons other than high blood pressure.
