How do doctors treat patients who are allergic to multiple antibiotics? I have been told there is nothing that can be done?
I find it hard to believe I am the only one in this situation. Surely there is a way of treating patients who don't tolerate antibiotics well.
There are hundreds of antibiotics. It would be a hard time to be allergic to all of them.
My son has allergies to penicillin ceclor biaxan and sulfas. They give him the Z pac or zithromax. It helps a bit.
No your not alone I'm the same way, Its hard to find one that will work with the type infection I have, they do culture' s now, but sill have to take what ever matches it, wish they would come up with something that we would not have to suffer !!
