We doing homework again? Keeps the old mind working. Is he allergic to anything. Has he been tested for osteo? Is his blood sugar controlled? With the potential for osteo I'd have to say ceftriaxone 1 Gm daily Intravenously. The ulcer should be seen by a surgeon who can determine if it is much deeper then it looks. The ulcer itself should be treated with cleansing with just normal saline, and something like Normagel.
