how is it able to be used in Homeopathic treatments as an ingredient? The product I am considering using, but I'm now extremely hesitant is called Moon drops, and the ingredients that are included with the Gelsemium 12C are Arsenicum alb 30x, Chamomilla 6x, Coffea crudea 12x, Ignatia 30x, Lycopodium 30x, Nat mur 30x, Nux Vom 30x, Valeriana 12c. I suffer with chronic sleeplessness/insomnia and I'm trying to get off of prescription medication that helps me sleep (ambien). Any information is greatly appreciated. TIA
The thing with homeopathic remedies is that they probably put one drop into about 10,000 litres of water and tell you that this somehow imbues all of that water with special properties. A homepathic poison made of Potassium Cyanide probably wouldn't kill a budgy (budgerigar).
I was reading a very interesting physcology article the other day where they were dealing with insomnia. Testing concluded that 60% of sleep issues could be successfully treated and cured with behaviour modification and no medication.
