Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex last night. He didn't cum inside of me, but since I'm not on any birth control I'm kind of paranoid at the possibility that I could be pregnant. Any advice to ease my mind, besides using contraception (I know) lol.
yes, there is a possibility of becoming pregnant as men leak small amounts of sperm all through the sex act, not just when they ejaculate. Granted, the majority are released during ejaculation, but it only takes one, and many can be released in "pre-cum" or "pre-ejaculate" A man cannot feel or control this release of sperm so he doesnt realize that it happens but it can get you pregnant. In fact, my son and daughter in law have been using the "withdrawal" method religiously and she just found out that she is pregnant. If there is penetration into the vagina by a naked (no condom) penis, pregnancy CAN occur even if no ejaculation occurred so you have reason to feel paranoid. I wish I could ease your mind but it wouldnt be truthful. If you want to avoid pregnancy, the best way is to use a contraceptive. Withdrawal is not an effective method. It is pretty much a wasted gesture. You need to be on a regular reliable birth control. Sooner or later your luck will run out and pregnancy will happen.
You do know that you can get pregnant even if he doesn't cum don't you?
Why aren't you on birth control or at least using protection? I have to wonder why girls risk pregnancy then worry about it after the fact. Stop having unprotected sex if you don't want to get pregnant. Without knowing what part of your cycle you're in, its hard to offer any opinion. You might want to consider plan B.
