started treatment for chronic brochistis with ventolin and it islisted as a side effect
Since the ventolin is to stop bronchospasms, causing them is considered paradoxical. The bronchi, small tubes in your lungs, spasm and narrow the airway so that you have severe difficutly breathing and might wheeze. This is an emergency situation and you need to call 911 if it occurs, not use the inhaler more. In 45 yrs of nursing I've never seen this side effect happen.
