Would using paracetamol be effective when my child`s temp is over 38.5 ?

Yes, paracetamol (acetaminophen) can be given every 4 to 6 hours to lower your child's temperature. If your child is younger than 3 months old you should see a doctor. If you're unsure about dosage check with your pharmacist.

Yes this will help, but I like childrens motrin better for temp.
