i used to have attacks, but only for good reasons not i feel on the edge every day and the stress of having a panic attack throws me into one, i am on zanex but it makes me feel so strange, any one have this problem?
Having a Baby is very stressful, emotional, difficult and can wreak havoc on your hormones. I would definitely let my OB-Gyn know of the panic attacks, tomorrow. They may need you to come in and do some blood work, maybe not, but the doctor should know about the attacks. The medicine can make you feel funny, especially if you didn't eat before you took it. It may need to be adjusted to a smaller dose or changed. Make a list of all the symptoms that are bothering you and let your doctor know. Read up on panic attacks and also see if anyone else in your family has them. Panic disorder can run in families. Let your family and the baby's father know you are having them so they can help you if they know you are in the midst of one. They are scary but will probably pass when you talk to the doctor and are more adjusted to having a new baby. God Bless You, I will say some Prayers for you.
